The "Engine" Focus: We prioritize cardiovascular endurance and muscular stamina. Expect a mix of rowing, skiing, running, and functional movements that keep your heart rate in the "growth zone."
Low Barrier, High Impact: We’ve swapped complex technical movements for high-skill-floor exercises. Think dumbbells, kettlebells, med balls, and bodyweight—movements anyone can master quickly but everyone can find challenging.

We respect your time and your goals. Every 60-minute session is structured to maximize results and minimize injury risk.
1. The Briefing & Strategy
We start at the whiteboard. Your coach explains the workout’s "why," the intended stimulus (is this a sprint or a marathon?), and the specific scaling options for the day.
2. Dynamic Priming
We don’t just stretch; we prepare. We use functional, full-body movements to increase your core temperature and specific drills to prime your joints for the movements ahead.
3. The Work: The "Ignitr" Metcon
This is the heart of the program. These are varied, high-energy metabolic conditioning (Metcon) sessions. You might face an AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible), a Chipper, or Interval sets. It’s challenging, fast-paced, and designed to leave you feeling accomplished.
4. Recovery & Connection
We finish with a targeted cool-down to kickstart your recovery process. This is where the sweat settles and the community builds—celebrating the work before you head back into your day.
