Whether you’re a local looking for a new home or a visitor passing through, we’d love to have you drop in at Blind Side Strength!
We offer drop-in spots for $20 per session in two distinct class styles:
· HIFT (High-Intensity Functional Training): A Higher Intensity-style session focused on higher-skill movements, Olympic lifting, and barbell cycling. Best for those with a background in technical lifting and strength training.
Note: For your safety and enjoyment, we recommend having some prior experience with strength training before jumping straight into a HIFT drop-in. If you're unsure, the Ignitr Bootcamp or a No Sweat Intro is the perfect place to start!
· Ignitr Bootcamp: A highly-structured, lower-skill workout designed to build strength and aerobic capacity. Perfect for all levels looking to progress their fitness week-to-week.
Pick Your Class: Check our live schedule and reserve your spot online for $20.
Arrive Early: Please show up 10 minutes before class to meet your coach and see the space.
Parking: We have several convenient options:
· Our on-site lot (metered).
· Street parking surrounding the gym.
To ensure you have a safe and successful workout, please come prepared with:
Proper Footwear: Clean sneakers, trainers, or closed-toed athletic shoes.
Hydration: A water bottle (we have water bottles for sale for $1.00).
Gym Attire: Comfortable, breathable clothing you can move freely in.
To ensure you have the best possible experience, we encourage anyone new to weightlifting or high-intensity training to start with a No Sweat Intro.
